  • All office-based staff are working from home wherever possible, however, our office in Maylands is open and attended by staff.
  • We are limiting face-to-face contact with clients and others as much as practicable, however, we are still conducting some meetings that are not able to be done remotely (eg tenancy sign-ins).

In line with SA Government guidelines and restrictions, we have staff working from home where possible, and some staff are available at our Maylands office, in line with social distancing and density requirements. As usual, our staff can be contacted by phone or email.
We have resumed non-essential maintenance. Put in a request for maintenance either by calling our office on 8165 5300 (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm) or report maintenance online.

For emergency maintenance (eg plumbing, electrical), please contact Cornerstone on 8165 5300 Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, or after hours on 0413 618 810.

All inspections, including open inspections, have now resumed, with extra caution being taken by staff and hygiene procedures in place.
Housing allocations (tenants moving in and out) have resumed, with extra care being taken by staff in relation to hygiene measures.
