As per government guidelines, the restrictions on conducting routine inspections has now lifted.

We are now recommencing routine inspections and will be attending all of our properties soon.

Social distancing and hygiene measures will still be in place. When a Housing Officer arrives at your property, he or she may ask you a list of questions relating to your health before they enter your property or ask if you want them to wear a mask.

If you are unwell, even with mild symptoms, and are due to have an inspection, please let us know urgently. We will cancel the inspection and reschedule for another time.

Face-to-face open inspections for our NRAS vacancies have also resumed.

Maintenance is still being carried out, so please continue to call us about your maintenance issues or fill out the form on our website.

Contractors will follow social distancing and strict hygiene protocols if they visit your home.

To ensure the safety of everyone, please remember to notify us if you are unwell.
